Advisory
Governance, Risk, Sustainability

cleopatra-kitti-1

As senior regional Managing Director in mid-size and large multinational advisory firms Cleopatra has led and mentored multi-disciplined and multi-cultural teams, on complex cross-border assignments, delivering value to clients in key economic sectors including energy, telecommunications and financial services. In her capacity as an executive team member she has contributed to managing national and regional P+L; driving growth – both organically and by acquisition – in mature and emerging markets.

Cleopatra’s work is defined by understanding drivers of risk and opportunity – financial, socio-economic, political and regulatory. She acts as an advisor and consultant to governments and corporations, guiding leaders in decision making and communication during period of change – in crisis, ownership transition, business expansion – whilst working with boards, executive teams, committees and staff task groups, regulators and civil society leaders to develop and implement optimum solutions to complex problems – to create stakeholder value.

In her longstanding board role with the International Crisis Group, she has volunteered in conflict zones across Africa to understand the root cause of conflict and the drivers for peace.

A Certified Independent Director of INSEAD, she works to bring experience and knowledge to international businesses seeking to succeed in competitive mature and emerging markets. She serves on the boards of companies with international and regional portfolios.

Cleopatra developed ‘Queens of Money’ in the context of her governance work - a seminar programme that raises awareness of the need for female financial literacy and provides the knowledge and tools to equip women for their financial decisions. Financial fitness is more limited for women worldwide, due to the gender pay gap and restrictive laws, leading to inequality of opportunity and quality of life. The programme is available to corporations and organisations wishing to invest in their employees and stakeholders.
